Saturday Evening - Normal Light Show - Up to Three Hours of Continuous Dance Music - $395.00*
(You may qualify for a discount - click here to see discounts page. *For New Year's Eve - Add $300.00)
Perfect for up to 300 guests and small to mid-sized halls. Includes our DJ/Emcee playing your favorite music, making announcements & making your event fun! This sound & light show is excellent for just about any occasion and includes a dynamic, multi-colored LED light, strobe light, special effects light & fog machine (if wanted - you may choose no lighting if you desire). Wireless microphone available upon request. We use professional 2-way speakers with 15" or larger woofers each for excellent sound quality. All music is CD-quality and we always have over 20,000 songs available for requests. DJ will assigned by our company - add $200.00 reservation fee for specific DJ personality reservation requests.
*If the location of your event has STAIRS ONLY access to where our equipment will be set up (5 or more and no elevators/ramps for equipment loading) add $50.00 accessibility charge.
Travel Charges - Over 90 miles from Ossian, IA
Prices above are good within 90 miles (straight-line or "as the crow flies") of Ossian, IA. After that a mileage charge of $1.00/mile applies. (So for 110 miles from Ossian, add $20). For 120 or more miles add an additional $40.00 for overnight/hotel expense in addition to the $1.00 per mile charge. (Approximate local area covers north to Wabasha, MN, south to Cedar Rapids, IA, west to Mason City, IA and east to Sparta, WI )
Deluxe Light Show - Add $150.00
(Lights may vary from picture - this shows the truss and a sample lighting setup - we are constantly improving our lighting as improvements become available.)
For larger rooms and over 200 guests (or if you would like a more "club-like" atmosphere), this is for you. Recommended for weddings, proms, homecomings and events in larger gymnasiums or ballrooms. Includes all the lights included with the normal light show then we add a steel truss including additional special effects lights that create a party atmosphere. Lighting includes bubbles, laser, strobe, fog, and exciting colored lighting effects that move up, down and around to the music. (Example truss pictured.) (Please note: more stage area is needed for deluxe light show so check with your event location first. This system may not fit in smaller spaces such as small corners of banquet rooms, etc.)
Ultimate Sound & Light Show - Add $300.00
For 300 or more guests or the ultimate party with a night club type atmosphere this is the package for you! Includes DOUBLE the sound & lights included with our normal package for less than DOUBLE the price! Four speakers including our new telescoping powered speakers to project all the way to the back of even the biggest rooms and two 18" subwoofers powered by multiple amplifiers to make the sound crystal clear and bass you can feel. Also includes eight or more special effects lights with laser lighting, fog machine, and new LED lighting effects. Excellent for large rooms, gymnasiums, ballrooms - anywhere you want the ultimate party experience! (More stage area may be necessary for ultimate sound & light show so check with us to be sure we'll have enough room to set up.)
Party Prop Giveaway Packages - Add $50.00-$150.00
Have more fun than a barrel of monkeys! Our party prop packages can include hats, sunglasses, shakers, inflatable instruments, glow sticks and much more! And with this option guests can keep them! Great for birthday parties, weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, etc. We'll custom design a package just for you!
Karaoke
and DJ/Emcee Combination - Add $50.00 (For Karaoke Only-Subtract $100)Extra Hours of Dance Music - $100.00 per hour or $50.00/half-hour
When you're having so much fun sometimes you don't want to stop! Add additional time at your event. Be sure to check with the staff at the location first, though, to make sure extra hours are O.K. Let your entertainment host know before the end of your regularly-scheduled ending time.
Background Music/Early Set-Up - Add $50.00/hour
If you would like the DJ/Emcee to begin playing soft background music earlier or arrive earlier than normal (more than one hour prior to the time the music begins) this is an option for you - this is also recommended if your dinner and/or cocktails are in the same room as your dance and you'd like us set up before your guests arrive. You will also have use of PA/microphone for announcements, speeches, toasts, etc. during this time.
Added Ceremony Music/Early Set-Up/Extra Mic - Add $50.00/hr. plus $100 Additional Set-Up / $25.00/Mic
If you would like the DJ/Emcee to play music for your ceremony add $50/hr if DJ will be set up in same location for the dance and ceremony. You will also be able to use one wired or wireless microphone if requested. Add $25 ea. for extra microphone (wired or wireless). If ceremony is in another room or location within 10 miles of dance add $100 for additional set-up/tear-down of equipment plus charges of $50/hr. for background/ceremony music.
Music Videos and/or Projector Rental - Add $100.00 (+ $50.00 for large screen if needed)
Show your video DVD / slideshow to your guests with a large screen projection system so everyone can see! Includes a 2000 lumen XGA projector for a bright picture with vivid video quality. We provide the laptop or DVD player to play your video from if needed or we can hook up your DVD player / VCR or computer. If a large light-colored or white wall is available in your event location we may be able to use that instead of our large projector screen. If video/slideshow playback is requested at a time your entertainment is not already scheduled to play background music / dinner music add $25/hr for additional hours needed. You can also have music videos played during the dance also with this option! See the video along with the music and we can also play exciting ambient videos on the big screen too during songs without videos. Amaze your guests with our big screen option!

Did you or one of your acquaintances see one of our DJ/Emcees at a previous event and you would like to have the exact same personality for your event? Requests for personalities are honored on a first-come basis and are not guaranteed unless request fee is paid and DJ is available (subject to illness and accidents preventing DJ from arriving). If your choice is not available, rest assured any of our experienced DJ/Emcees will give you & your guests an enjoyable event!
